{"id":3138,"date":"2022-01-19T07:56:54","date_gmt":"2022-01-19T07:56:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.energo.com.pl\/about-us\/"},"modified":"2024-09-13T08:31:13","modified_gmt":"2024-09-13T08:31:13","slug":"about-us","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/www.energo.com.pl\/en\/about-us\/","title":{"rendered":"About us"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1576747275855{background-image: url(http:\/\/www.energo.com.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/slajder.png?id=1445) !important;}&#8221;][vc_column]<div class=\"cz_gap clr \" style=\"height: 50px\"><\/div><div class=\"cz_gap clr \" style=\"height: 50px\"><\/div><div class=\"cz_gap clr \" style=\"height: 50px\"><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]<div id=\"cz_36846\" class=\"cz_36846 cz_title clr cz_title_has_icon cz_title_pos_inline\"><div class=\"cz_title_content\"><i class=\"cz_title_icon_before fa czico-137-play-button-2\"><\/i><div class=\"cz_wpe_content\"><h3><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 38px;\">About us<br \/>\n<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"cz_gap clr \" style=\"height: 40px\"><\/div><div id=\"cz_69219\" class=\"cz_69219 cz_title clr cz_title_pos_inline\"><div class=\"cz_title_content\"><div class=\"cz_wpe_content\"><p>ENERGOREMONT Sp.<br \/>\nz o.o. is an engineering company with many years of experience <strong>specialising in manufacturing, retrofit and overhaul of shell and tube heat exchangers commonly used in large-scale energy generation, as well as in the paper, chemical and sugar industries.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All types of coolers, turbine condensers, heaters, evaporators, chemical equipment, disposal equipment and other heat exchanger systems can be fault-free if they are <strong>properly designed and assembled<\/strong> \u2013 and this is precisely what ENERGOREMONT Sp.<br \/>\nz o.o. does.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fb\">The most important part of any exchanger is the tube-to-tubesheet joint.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to ENERGOREMONT Sp.<br \/>\nz o.o.\u2019s approach and technology, <strong>tubes can be easily replaced<\/strong> and are practically a consumable item.<br \/>\nAll tube replacement activities are performed efficiently and without the risk of damaging the tubesheet or other structural elements.<br \/>\nAnother distinctive feature of our technology is its high work pace (high mechanisation and automation), which means that even a short standstill is enough to restore original equipment properties.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Technical challenges associated with the installation of tubes in exchangers with the highest operating parameters, where the tubesheet thickness reaches 500 mm, are a separate issue.<br \/>\nENERGOREMONT Sp. z o.o.\u2019s patented technology and equipment for<br \/>\n<strong>hydraulic tube expansion<\/strong> across the entire tubesheet thickness can be used to achieve an absolutely tight tube-to-tubesheet joint.<br \/>\nThis results in the tube being clamped in the hole with only minimal (about 3\u20135%) crushing of the tube\u2019s inner surface.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Another challenge is the assembly of new turbine condensers, where thin-walled stainless steel tubing (wall thickness of 0.3\u20130.5 mm) must be precisely clamped into a relatively flaccid stainless steel tubesheet.<br \/>\nThe design of such highly efficient condensers is a compromise between efficiency, capital cost and technology.<br \/>\nIn this instance, traditional joining methods that have been used for nearly 200 years are unworkable. Only<br \/>\n<strong>straight flaring tools with an integral feed unit<\/strong> used by ENERGOREMONT Sp. z o.o. produce high precision flared joints with a repetitive flaring rate of \u00b1 1%.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The company has been addressing technical issues since its inception, making profit by providing overhaul services based on its innovative solutions.<br \/>\nThe <strong>engineering employees<\/strong>, who determine the direction of further development of the company, have a significant share in the company\u2019s employment structure.<br \/>\nThanks to the cooperation between our employees, technical universities and renowned design studios, we successfully <strong>manufacture new and efficient shell and tube heat exchangers that meet the highest quality standards while focusing on the environment and human safety<\/strong>. opportunities offered by our own business.<br \/>\nOur driving force were the tools and methods we had developed for the hydraulic removal of tubes from turbine condensers.<br \/>\nWe had already been working on this project as amateurs for at least three years, at that time as employees of Zak\u0142ady Remontowe Energetyki Lublin S.A.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><span class=\"cz_date\">1988<\/span><\/div><\/div><div id=\"cz_89970\" class=\"cz_timeline-block cz_tl_right\"><div class=\"cz_timeline-i\" ><i class=\"cz_tl_icon \"><\/i><\/div><div class=\"cz_timeline-content\"><div id=\"cz_36755\" class=\"cz_36755 cz_title clr cz_title_pos_inline\"><div class=\"cz_title_content\"><div class=\"cz_wpe_content\"><p>We obtained the first authorisation to manufacture pressure equipment components from the Office of Technical Inspection.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><span class=\"cz_date\">1992<\/span><\/div><\/div><div id=\"cz_85873\" in Krasnystaw and concentrated all our activities in one place.<\/li>\n<li>We expanded our product and service portfolio and obtained further authorisations from the Office of Technical Inspection to repair steam boilers, water boilers, and fixed pressure tanks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><span class=\"cz_date\">1994<\/span><\/div><\/div><div id=\"cz_34299\" class=\"cz_timeline-block cz_tl_left\"><div class=\"cz_timeline-i\" ><i class=\"cz_tl_icon \"><\/i><\/div><div class=\"cz_timeline-content\"><div id=\"cz_12051\" class=\"cz_12051 cz_title clr cz_title_pos_inline\"><div as<br \/>\njoint retrofit of U-tube high-pressure exchangers.<br \/>\nTo this day, cooperation with CBKK provides a significant part of the company\u2019s turnover.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><span class=\"cz_date\">1998<\/span><\/div><\/div><div id=\"cz_42972\" class=\"cz_timeline-block cz_tl_right\"><div class=\"cz_timeline-i\" ><i class=\"cz_tl_icon \"><\/i><\/div><div class=\"cz_timeline-content\"><div id=\"cz_19344\" class=\"cz_19344 cz_title clr cz_title_pos_inline\"><div class=\"cz_title_content\"><div class=\"cz_wpe_content\"><ul class=\"conul\">\n<li>We started cooperation with the Institute of Heat Engineering, Warsaw University of Technology (ITC PW).<br \/>\nThe new profiles of condenser bunches developed at ITC PW and applied in the retrofit of the turbine condenser of the 110MW unit in the Skawina Power Plant enabled us to achieve better results than those guaranteed in the contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><span class=\"cz_date\">2001<\/span><\/div><\/div><div id=\"cz_74463\" class=\"cz_timeline-block cz_tl_left\"><div class=\"cz_timeline-i\" ><i class=\"cz_tl_icon \"><\/i><\/div><div class=\"cz_timeline-content\"><div id=\"cz_33300\" class=\"cz_33300 cz_title clr cz_title_pos_inline\"><div class=\"cz_title_content\"><div class=\"cz_wpe_content\"><ul class=\"conul\">\n<li>We completed the implementation of the Quality Management System compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001, as confirmed by certificates from Safety Management System compliant with the requirements of PN-N 18001:2005, as confirmed by certificates from T\u00dcV NORD.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><span class=\"cz_date\">2004<\/span><\/div><\/div><div id=\"cz_20515\" class=\"cz_timeline-block cz_tl_left\"><div class=\"cz_timeline-i\" ><i class=\"cz_tl_icon \"><\/i><\/div><div infrastructure (blasting chamber, coating booth, water jet cutting machine).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><span class=\"cz_date\">2007<\/span><\/div><\/div><div id=\"cz_109978\" tubesheets of exchangers for the highest operating parameters.<\/li>\n<li>Finally, we demolished the low-rise buildings for the second section of the assembly plant, thus extending the first section, completed a year earlier, to a total length of 95 m.<\/li>\n<li>We equipped the plant with further technologically advanced machines, such as<br \/>\na CNC machining centre and automatic submerged arc welding (SAW) machine.<\/li>\n<li>We expanded the area of the plant by purchasing the land adjacent to the company together with the existing buildings and adapting it to the needs of warehouse management and installed a gantry crane.<\/li>\n<li>We celebrated the 20th anniversary of ENERGOREMONT Sp.<br \/>\nz o.o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><span class=\"cz_date\">2008<\/span><\/div><\/div><div id=\"cz_98438\" class=\"cz_timeline-block cz_tl_right\"><div class=\"cz_timeline-i\" ><i class=\"cz_tl_icon \"><\/i><\/div><div
