1. General Information

  1. This Policy applies to the website available at energo.com.pl
  2. The Website Operator and Personal Data Controller is ENERGOREMONT Sp.A z o. o. Graniczna 7, 22-300 Krasnystaw, Poland.

  4. The Operator is the Controller of your personal data provided voluntarily within the Website.
  5. The Website uses your personal data for the following purposes:
    • presenting its offer and providing information
  6. The Website gathers information about its users and their behaviour in the following way:
    1. By uploading the data voluntarily provided in the forms into the Operator’s system.
    2. By saving cookies on the user’s devices.

2. Some of the data security methods applied by the Operator

  1. User passwords are hashed. The hash function works one-way – you cannot reverse it, which is now the modern standard for storing user passwords.
  2. The Operator changes its administrative passwords on a periodic basis.
  3. The Operator makes backup copies regularly in order to ensure data security.
  4. An important aspect of data security is the regular updating of software used by the Operator to process personal data, which means regular updating of the programming components.

3. Hosting

  1. The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the Operator’s servers: a third-party company.

4. Your rights and additional information on the use of data

  1. In some cases, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if required by the agreement concluded with you or by the Controller’s duties. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • a hosting company to which data is entrusted,
    • authorised workers and associates who use the data for the Website’s purposes.
  2. Your personal data is processed by the Controller for no longer than necessary to perform the activities determined by other regulations (e.g. accounting management). The marketing data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request the following from the Controller:
    • access to your data,
    • rectification,
    • erasure,
    • limitation of the processing,
    • data portability.
  4. You have the right to object to the processing referred to in 3.3c of your personal data for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling. The right to object cannot be exercised where there are valid legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular the establishment, assertion or defence of claims.
  5. You may lodge a complaint about the actions of the Controller to the President of the Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the Website.
  7. We make undertake some activities involving automated decision-making, including profiling, with respect to you, and they may be used to provide services under the agreement and for the purpose of direct marketing by the Controller.
  8. Your personal data are not transferred to third-party countries as defined in personal data protection regulations. This means we do not send them outside the European Union.

5. Information in forms

  1. The Website gathers information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data if provided.
  2. The Website may save information about connection details (timecode, IP address).
  3. In some cases, the Website may save information to facilitate linking the data in the form with the e-mail address of the user filling out the form. In this case, the user’s e-mail address appears inside the url of the page containing the form.
  4. Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. for the purpose of a service request or commercial contact, registration of services, etc. Each time the context and description of the form clearly specifies what it is intended for.

6. Controller’s logs

  1. Information about the user’s behaviour might be logged. This data is used for administration purposes.

7. Important marketing techniques

  1. The Operator analyses website traffic statistics using Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The Operator transfers your data to the service provider in the form of anonymous information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s device. With regard to the information on user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, you can view and edit cookie information by using https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/.
  2. The Operator uses remarketing techniques to customise advertising messages according to the user’s behaviour on the website. This may give the illusion that the user’s personal data is being used to track the user, but in practice no personal data is transferred from the Operator to the advertising operators. A technological prerequisite for such actions is to enable cookies.
  3. The Operator uses Facebook pixels. This technology lets Facebook (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) know that the person registered in it uses the Website. It is based on the data of which Facebook is the controller, while the Operator does not transfer any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s device.
  4. The Operator examines user behaviour by creating heat maps and recording behaviour on the website. This information is anonymised before being sent to the Operator so that it does not know whose data it is. In particular, passwords and other personal data are not recorded.
  5. The Operator uses a solution that automates the operation of the Website in relation to the users, e.g. you may receive an e-mail after visiting a specific page provided that you have agreed to receive commercial information from the Operator.
  6. The Operator may use profiling as defined in the personal data protection regulations.

8. Information about cookies

  1. The Website uses cookies.
  2. Cookies are IT data, especially text files, which are stored in the Website User’s device and are intended for use on the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time for which they are stored on the device and a unique number.
